This internship consists of supporting the person responsible for social media coordination in collaboration with the Brand Manager. You will be involved in creating and managing content for social media platforms, animating online communities, and handling digital campaigns. You will also provide operational support for content distribution and community management.
Main Responsibilities:
Content Production:
* Assist in writing and developing content according to the editorial calendar.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Purchasing, Support, etc.) to gather the necessary information for content production: advice, awareness, sponsored content, competitions, loyalty campaigns, etc.
* Help update and adapt content for different communication channels (formats, timings, etc.).
Digital Campaigns and Distribution:
* Support the organization and execution of social media campaigns: contests, events, product promotions, pharmaceutical advice, etc.
* Contribute to content distribution across various digital platforms (blogs, social media, etc.).
Community Management & Influence Campaigns:
* Assist in the creation and moderation of discussion spaces on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok...).
* Participate in managing groups and engaging users to build an active community.
* Respond to user questions and comments while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice.
