Roles & Responsibilities
You will join a team of Technical Support Specialists who provide the clinical and technical guidance on the use and operation of Abbott CRM products to the medical community, patients and various Abbott departments:
1. Provide technical support services in the field of Patient Monitoring and CRM devices, mainly by phone and emails.
2. Provide technical information to customers in response to inquiries/report from the field.
3. Perform product evaluations and testing based on reports from the field.
4. Assist in the presentation of educational material for new product training and in-service seminars to physicians, nurses and sales representatives, etc.
Key requirements
5. Bachelor’s degree in medical / electrical / mechanical or medical technology is preferred, but not mandatory
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, French is desired but not mandatory
7. Successful engagement with customers
