About the Role: Our client, a prominent provider of over-the-counter (OTC) products, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management and a passion for building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth within assigned accounts.
6. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
7. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key clients to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
8. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management.

Qualifications:
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
13. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the OTC or healthcare industry.
14. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
16. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
17. Highly organized with strong project management skills.
18. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
19. Ability to travel as needed to meet with key clients.
