We are hiring a IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for European Commission in Brussels and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities
As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
4. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract IT professionals for high-profile clients.
5. Partner with the sourcing Team lead, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
6. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier IT talent.
7. Manage proactively and independently the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification to offer negotiation.
8. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
9. Draft job adds, submission documentation as per client requirements.
Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
10. 3 years of proven previous experience in IT talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on sourcing for government agencies or international organizations.
11. Demonstrated previous experience using sourcing platforms and tools (including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter)
12. Deep understanding of IT roles and technologies.
13. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills both with clients and candidates.
14. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
15. Ability to work with tight schedules and deadlines.
16. Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch (or other EU languages) is a plus.
