Description de la fonction As a key member of our Finance team, you''ll ensure our financial operations are accurate, reliable, and compliant. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, expense reports, and bank statements. Record accounting transactions such as salaries, subsidies, and program related revenues/expenses. Handle year end tasks: receivables, provisions, amortizations, and closing operations. Prepare payments, manage invoices via DocuSign, and handle petty cash. Issue customer invoices and follow up on payments. Organize external audits and ensure compliance within budget. Prepare the annual accounting closure schedule, file annual accounts, and handle tax returns. Profil This role is a great fit for you if: Passion for Numbers: You love working with numbers and understand their impact in driving change. Your Background: You have a bachelors degree in accounting (or a related field) and 0 4 years of experience. You''ll receive training, but a strong foundation is essential. Language Skills: You are fluent in Dutch or French, have a good knowledge of the other language, and are proficient in English, our primary work language. Personality Traits: You are organized, adaptable, and solution oriented, with strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non financial colleagues. Offre Ready to join our mission?
