Your primary focus will be bringing on new mid-market restaurants, and you’llleverage your skills in prospecting (emailing, cold-calling, walk-ins), negotiation and driving internal processesto set up our partnerships for success.What You’ll DoLeverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with the most important restaurants in yourmarketsManage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship withrestaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both partiesClearly communicate our value and its newest products to prospectsAchieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goalsPartner with our sales, onboarding and account management teams to smoothly activate the best restaurantsHelp us identify and build best practices for your sales team and othersDevelop long-term relationships with key in-region partnersAct as an ambassador of the company mission, brand, and productCommunicate constantly with prospects via email, phone, and face-to-face meetingsProfil- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field. - At least 1 year of professional experience with proven experience in sales- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensivesolutions for varying customer needs- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships and in demonstrating understanding of a customer'sbusiness and needs- Commercial proficiency: Having a great sense for spotting business opportunities and are able to transform theseopportunities into actual results- Team player who brings a positive spirit and energy and contributes to a great culture- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
