This prestigious hotel features elegant rooms, a renowned restaurant, an inviting terrace, and versatile event spaces. Committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience, our client is now looking for a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-tier food presentation and guest satisfaction
* Develop innovative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus aligned with the hotel’s premium standards
* Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and optimise profit margins
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
* Enforce HACCP and health & safety regulations to uphold impeccable hygiene standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
* Creativity and business acumen with a strong understanding of cost control and operational efficiency
* Strong leadership skills, inspiring and training a team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences
* Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and an innovative approach to menu creation
* Fluent in English and/or Dutch (French is a plus)
