Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong strategic relationships with assigned retailers (including top 3)
* Purpose, lead, and finalize annual agreement negotiations (commercial terms, volumes, promotional activities)
* Contribute to developing and executing the commercial plan for the Belgian market
* Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs (revenue, margins, volumes) to optimize results
* Conduct competitive market analysis in Belgium to identify growth opportunities and risks
* Collaborate with other teams (Marketing & Supply Chain)
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or FMCG
* Strong negotiation skills and expertise in commercial agreements
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills, project management, and organizational skills
* Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
* Proficient in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems)
