Job Purpose:
The job aims at providing expertise and support to the Belgium GSK vaccines TRD M&CS Technical Services organization. The expertise is transferred through management, support, learning, and guidance. Benchmarking, risk escalation, and vision for the domain of expertise are provided to the different parts of GSK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensures calibration and requalification of critical process equipment used in TRD M&CS (Building WN31 and WN36). In this frame, organizes and monitors performance indicators.
* Ensures full responsibility of C&M staff, including people selection, foremen coaching, personnel training to the required competencies, planning management, follow-up of ongoing and delayed tasks, elaboration and management of operating and investment budgets, contacts with social partners, and all daily aspects of a team's life.
* Develops, maintains C&M management processes, guidelines, methodologies, and knowledge repositories in the domain of expertise (Reliability & Calibration) to support Belgium manufacturing unit operations.
* Coordinates Belgium network technical expertise for continuous improvement & troubleshooting.
* Assures and safeguards the quality and capability of the manufacturing facilities within TRD M&CS GSK Vaccines through the implementation of robust C&M processes, controlling tools, and continuous improvement.
* Coordinates & ensures proper training and certification in the related domain.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Degree qualification in a scientific/engineering discipline, with further specialist qualification in Reliability & Maintenance.
* Good/excellent communication skills in French and English (oral & written).
* Good knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, FMEA/RCM, calibration methodologies.
* Good knowledge of SAP PM & SAP CM - Deep knowledge of international regulations.
* 5 years of experience in the domain of expertise and a proven experience of 5-10 years in pharmaceuticals production.
