In your role, as administrative employee you will support Quality for Supplier and Incoming materials teams in all administrative tasks, manage the supplier change notification and interact with multiples stakeholders and across the GSK network.
Fixed-term contract 6 months (renewable)
Your responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for the management of Supplier Change Notifications (SCN) including: QSIM Data base, email box, and electronic achieving; Prepare the pre-assessment and the closure documents for the SCN meetings; Participate in the pre-evaluation of SCN and lead the "SCN preliminary Review" meetings with the different QSIM/MSAT teams; Support Vaccine sites if any question
2. You will be supporting QSIM teams for KPI generation and monthly update
3. You will support QAA (Quality Agreement) updates and generate adequate monthly KPI’s You will support the deployment of QSS Data Integrity plan and initiatives within the team and the department You will support SQ managers in day-to-day activities (e.g: archiving, answer to the administrative site questions, deviation recurrence analysis)
4. Access to supplier’s platform in order to download quality documentsCollaborate in the implementation of digital systems (Veeva, SEAN) within QSIM department
5. You will manage and fill DCF (Data Collection forms) potentially submitted by auditors to allow suitable management of suppliers' assessments.
6. You will manage files linked to materials qualifications and supplier's profiles.
7. You will ensure support during assessments of GSK by external regulators.

8. You have a Level A1/Graduate diploma, bachelor’s in science or equivalent experience in a similar field of activity (5 years of experience)
9. You have expertise or polyvalences for several activities of the service
10. Precision and accuracy are part of your qualities
11. You have the equivalent of ten years of professional experience in the same sector of activity
12. You have a strong command of both English and French, spoken as well as written
13. You have advanced IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
14. You are able to work with multiple teams across the department
15. You have experience working in a GMP facility, governed by regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures and SAP experience
