E.ON Power Plants Belgium BV, a subsidiary of E.ON Energy Projects GmbH, develops, builds, finances and operates decentralised energy generation plants for industrial customers in Belgium and the Netherlands. Since 2000, we realised projects of more than 1 gigawatt across Europe, of which four in the Benelux. Offered and realized solutions consist of different technologies, such as cogeneration, biofuels, hydrogen, recycled energy, waste-to-energy, PV, heat pumps, e-boilers, energy storage, and flexibility.

Your resposibilities
1. As HR Officer (f/m/d) you are the first point of contact for our employees for all HR matters
2. You coordinate with our payroll provider and handle payroll and HR administration, including administration of our homework policy and flexible hours
3. You also manage benefits such as insurances and variable compensation schemes, and draft documents and contracts
4. You are responsible for onboarding new employees and handling internal HR communication, including HR letters, announcements, and company policies
5. You maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to employees
6. You also manage our company car fleet and provide ad-hoc back-office support, such as administration and office management
Your profile
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement
8. Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and relevant regulations is a plus
9. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
10. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
11. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
