As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind our client’s kitchen, leading a talented team to create exquisite dishes that captivate guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring each one is a testament to culinary artistry.
* Motivate and direct your kitchen team, cultivating a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
* Work closely with the F&B team to develop inspiring menus that reflect your culinary vision and delight guests.
* Maintain rigorous standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring every dish meets the highest expectations.
Skills
* Demonstrated success as a head chef with strong leadership abilities.
* Knowledge of HACCP principles and preferably a teaching certificate.
* Superior culinary skills, a discerning eye for quality, and a creative flair for menu development.
* Proficient in English, Dutch strongly appreciated, with excellent communication skills.
* Results-driven, committed, adaptable, and always willing to exceed expectations.
