As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Manage the order-to-payment process for your client to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Serve as the single point of contact for client inquiries in your region.
* Effectively anticipate potential issues and communicate proactively to exceed customer expectations.
* Answer calls professionally, providing information and guidance on logistics, products, commercial policies, and conditions for existing clients.
* Handle and resolve complaints swiftly from A to Z, working with multiple departments to enhance the customer experience.
* Keep records of interactions and transactions with clients, documenting details of requests, complaints, feedback, and actions taken.
Profiel
Ideal profile for the Customer Care Representative:
* You are fluent in German and English ;
* You have 1 to 5 years working experience in a similar position (experience in the textile industry is an asset) ;
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ;
* You are customer oriented.
