About the Company - We are seeking candidates for the role leading the reporting and consolidation for a highly entrepreneurial international group operating in life sciences. The company has affiliates in over 20 countries, generating over $750m in annual revenues and is growing at a rapid rate.
About the Role - This newly created position is responsible for the following aspects:
* Monthly management reports for internal leadership
* Lead the implementation of new reporting system and tools.
* Quarterly financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
* Statutory IFRS-compliant financial statements for audit and regulatory purposes.
* Consolidated and entity-level reporting.
* Work closely with the Group Controller to collect accurate and complete financial data and supporting documentation for the Consolidation process.
* Ensure all financial statements are accurately presented for management and statutory purposes.
Key challenges - The Consolidation will have additional transformation responsibilities and will lead the implementation of a new consolidation software and accompanying processes, working closely with colleagues in finance and IT.
Responsibilities - We are seeking candidates with a Masters degree with a minimum of 8-10 years experience who joined an international company in group reporting or consolidation role. Candidates will have gained experience in all the topics listed above.
