Job Description
We seek a Customer Care Support and Field Engineer to join our team. This role involves regional field engineering and responsibility for scheduled maintenances, service interventions, and providing (remote) support to customers. You will also support our Business Line Projects by inspecting, testing, and commissioning our process installations at a high level of quality. In both roles, you will serve as the critical link between the customer and internal organization.
You will report to the Business Line Manager Customer Care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot issues promptly.
* Perform maintenance checks, inspections, and I/O testing on J-Tec installations.
* Conduct commissioning processes, coordinate with third parties, and supervise the commissioning process.
* Prepare intervention and commissioning documentation.
* Perform hardware adjustments (electrical and mechanical).
* Offer feedback on order or intervention progress to customer care project officers or the project manager.
Your Profile

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of automation (Rockwell, Siemens PLC, etc.).

* Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
* A technical degree from a higher education institution (Bachelor) or relevant experience.
