Your Responsibilities:
* Responsible and accountable for the performance of all contract controllers in the zone, their development and the organization of their backup cross country within the zone.
* Designated contact-person for all contract execution and controlling topics. This includes LoA, contract controller nominations (in DX Country FI), price indexations, NCC and process management.
* Harmonizing the use of contractual terms across the zone, partnering and sign-off on large deals T&Cs, further implementation of the contract management instruction.
* Accountable for all financial reporting and analysis (e.g. contract/customer profitability, NCC reporting) and business updates related to in scope deals/customers.
* Accountable for driving digitization and automation within your scope of responsibility to make sure overall implementation of CRM tool suite or other profitability tools and ensuring all contract opportunities are realized and claims are minimized.
* Control / remedial actions on contract compliance and on CPR efficiency.
* Steer deal execution to target volume and profitability (incl. remedial actions, quality cost controlling).
* Responsible for the contract execution and controlling coordination for any cross-zone customer accounts.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proactive and ability to think strategically with high attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of in-vitro diagnostic products and the healthcare industry.
* Strong understanding of the revenue recognition process in P58 and the P58 system.
* Fluent in English. Other zone language (French, Italian or Spanish) is a must.
Your Tasks:
* Drive actions to ensure customer profitability.
* Leads all stakeholders involved in customer relationship: Sales, Marketing, Finance, OTO to ensure contract profitability.
* Ensure Contract Profitability.
* Monitor All contract KPIs monthly Basis.
* Ensure data integrity to ensure clean books and records.
* P58 detailed knowledge to understand value flows in Finance.
