Are you an experienced bid manager with a strong background in procurement and tender communication? Randstad Professionals is looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills in English & Dutch to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in the Ghent region.
As a Bid Manager, you play a key role in managing the end-to-end bidding process, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals. Your responsibilities include:
1. Tender analysis – Reviewing tender documents and identifying key requirements
2. Bid strategy development – Defining a winning strategy with internal stakeholders
3. Team coordination – Managing input from technical, financial, and legal experts
4. Proposal writing – Ensuring clear, structured, and compelling bid submissions
5. Cost calculation & pricing – Collaborating with finance for competitive pricing
6. Client communication – Acting as the point of contact throughout the process
7. Submission & follow-up – Overseeing the approval process and tracking progress
