We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our business and its customers. Your responsibilities will include managing orders in SAP, handling complaints and returns, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of one day per week in our Zaventem office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling orders in SAP
2. Managing complaints, returns, and credit notes
3. Communicating with customers and internal partners
4. Executing reporting and control tasks
5. Participating in various customer service and logistic improvement projects
Qualifications and Skills:
6. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
7. Knowledge of Sales & Distribution in SAP (preferred)
8. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP)
9. Previous customer service experience
10. Positive and customer-oriented attitude
11. Strong communication and organizational skills
