We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Adecco Belgium.
Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving and managing drivers, handling documentation, processing damage reports, transferring documentation to relevant departments, customers, suppliers, and third parties. You will also execute activities through various input systems, schedule incoming and outgoing freight, identify delivered freight, label it, update systems, track planning, and maintain contact with internal services via phone and email. Additionally, you will manage warehouse personnel, monitor overall processes, adhere to safety regulations, and follow up on documents and their proper archiving.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, fluency in Dutch or French, English fluency, and experience working in shifts. You must be willing to work various hours, including early morning, late evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. A basic knowledge of Outlook and Excel is essential, as well as the ability to quickly understand different input systems. We offer a permanent contract immediately.
