This role involves providing leadership within the “Transversal IT” functional domain, which includes essential IT functions such as middleware, the ServiceNOW suite, WalkMe, data management, and robotic process automation.Additionally, this position will also serve as an IT Business Partner (ITBP), responsible for building and nurturing relationships with one or more Operational Business Unit stakeholders, translating IT capabilities into business value, facilitating communication, and being “the voice of the Business” within IT.You’ll be part of the IT Core Team and report directly to the CIO.Your responsibilities will include:1. Providing direction and strategy for the Transversal IT domain, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of expected results.2. Oversight of a multidisciplinary team comprising product owners, service delivery managers, analysts, developers, and testers, including all aspects of staffing and performance management.3. Financial stewardship of the Transversal IT domain, ensuring resource allocations are aligned with strategic goals.4. Close collaboration with the Chief Information Officer to implement the IT vision, as well as engagement with other tower leads to enhance the overall maturity and performance of the IT organization.5. Acting as an IT business partner by fostering relationships with stakeholders across the organization, translating IT capacity into business value, and addressing stakeholder needs and concerns.6.
