Roles & Responsibilities
As a senior project manager you are part of the ITS organization, thus responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The role requires a minimum of five years of project management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects
2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
4. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
5. Ensure resource availability and allocation
6. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
7. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
8. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
9. Report and escalate to management as needed
10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
11. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
12. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
13. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills & Qualifications
15. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
16. Minimum of five years of experience in project management, ideally with Microsoft Cloud and Dynamics or other CRM platforms
17. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle
18. PMP / PRINCE II / SaFE / SCRUM certification is a plus
19. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
20. Excellent client and internal communication skills
21. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
22. Be pro-active, self-organizing and flexible
23. Be committed and result-oriented
24. Good verbal and written English communication skills, knowledge of Dutch is an asset
25. Good communication, motivational and influencing skills
26. Hands-on and able to support the functional analysts assigned to the project
27. Ability to run projects in parallel
