As the Head of Corporate and TheMerode Fund, you play a strategic role in developing TheMerode’s corporate and philanthropic ecosystem. You will oversee and expand corporate partnerships while managing the fund’s activities and initiatives. Your mission is to amplify TheMerode’s impact on businesses and young talents by driving meaningful projects aligned with the Club’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate members and strategic partners.
2. Create exclusive and inspiring networking experiences to maximise the value of corporate memberships.
3. Develop collaborations with societal actors and premium brands to enrich the corporate offering.
4. Ensure seamless communication between corporate members and internal teams.
Managing TheMerode Fund
1. Oversee the Fund’s activities in collaboration with the King Baudouin Foundation.
2. Promote the inclusion and development of young talents by facilitating their access to the Club and mentorship programmes.
3. Support the organisation of events of general interest by providing access to the Club’s facilities.
4. Identify and develop synergies with existing and new partners.
5. Identify and foster initiatives with innovative social, scientific, or cultural impact.
Strategic Leadership
1. Collaborate closely with senior management to define and implement long-term strategies.
2. Act as an ambassador for TheMerode’s values and mission, both internally and externally.
3. Stay ahead of market trends to adjust offerings and strengthen the Club’s positioning.
Partnerships and Fundraising
1. Identify and secure funding opportunities for the Fund through donations and contributions.
2. Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure the financial and operational sustainability of projects.
