CRM Application Specialist
As a CRM Application Specialist, you will play a key role in the management, optimization, developing and support of the organization's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce and legacy DotNet applications, ensuring their effective utilization to meet business needs. Additionally, you will actively participate in global support activities and projects, contributing approximately 25% of your time to these initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive system enhancements, provide user support, and contribute to CRM-related projects.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of business needs.
Main responsibilities:
1. Administer and configure CRM systems, including Salesforce and legacy DotNet applications, to support business processes and workflows.
2. Manage user access, security settings, and data integrity within the CRM platforms.
3. Implement customizations and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements, leveraging your expertise in CRM technologies.
4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal system utilization.
5. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate users on CRM functionalities, best practices, and updates.
6. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams, facilitating communication and driving resolution of user issues.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess system performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
8. Recommend and implement enhancements to CRM systems, such as workflow automations, custom reports, and dashboards, to improve efficiency and productivity.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM technology, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.
10. Participate in CRM-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and new implementations.
11. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
12. Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors/consultants to ensure successful project delivery, support and adherence to quality standards.
13. Oversee the performance of vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
14. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
15. Demonstrated experience in CRM system administration, with proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with legacy DotNet applications.
16. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) preferred.
17. DevOps experience preferred.
18. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within CRM platforms.
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
20. Project management experience, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
21. Knowledge of CRM best practices, data management principles, and industry standards.
22. Experience in vendor and contractor management, including procurement, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
23. Knowledge of information security principles and practices.
