The Challenge
As a Supply Chain Implementation Analyst, you play a key role in shaping an efficient and future proof working environment for the SL supply chain system landscape. This landscape stretches from suppliers to central and regional warehouses, all the way to distributors and retailers.
With your in-depth knowledge of both the business processes and the multi system set-up, you help maintain and further roll-out the IT landscape. While technical IT knowledge is valuable, your main focus is on translating business needs into optimized system functionalities. You collaborate closely with Business IT, developers, and various supply chain teams, acting as a crucial link between business operations and IT.
Your responsibilities:
* Rolling out planning solutions, participating in integration build-ups, and testing new developments.
* Organizing and delivering end-user training.
* Representing business requirements and acting as a process expert in implementation projects.
* Providing second-line support to system superusers and guiding them through complex questions.
* Handling incidents together with IT, ensuring quick solutions and smooth production deployments.
* Initiating and managing change requests to continuously improve system functionalities.
Your talent
* Good knowledge of supply chain and planning processes within Scania Parts Logistics.
* Active interest in system solutions.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Customer focus, ensuring system solutions meet user needs.
* Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
