Global Business Development Manager
As a Global Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the client portfolio worldwide. Your primary mission will be to proactively target new markets and secure clients for both temporary and long-term contracts. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to finalizing agreements, in collaboration with internal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting New Clients (100% Hunting):
* Identify and engage potential clients to present tailored service solutions.
* Conduct exploratory meetings to assess client needs and design customized offers with input from Operations, IT, Project Management, and Legal teams.
* Manage leads to conclusion, ensuring timely and successful contract negotiations.
Preparing Offers, Tenders, and Agreements:
* Translate client requirements into detailed proposals in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Draft and finalize collaboration contracts in consultation with the legal department.
* Facilitate smooth handovers to implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and CRM Management:
* Provide comprehensive reporting to senior management by maintaining detailed and accurate CRM records, ensuring transparency in sales performance.
PROFILE :
·Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
·Strong fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in French is an advantage.
·A minimum of 5 years in a similar business development role, ideally in the service sector. Experience in strategic sales targeting senior executives is critical.
·Proven ability to cultivate new business opportunities with confidence and professionalism.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for the preparation of professional proposals.
·Willingness and ability to travel globally on a regular basis.
