* Developing and implementing health and safety policies
* Overseeing risk assessments and inspections
* Organizing safety training sessions
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
* Facilitating the identification and resolution of health and safety issues
* Promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization
* Providing regular reports on health and safety performance
* Advising on protective clothing and equipment
A successful Prevention Advisor should have:
* A certificate as Prevention Advisor level 2
* Experience in industrial environment is preferred (but not mandatory)
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is an asset)
* Ability to develop and deliver coaching
* Familiarity with health and safety legislation
