Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
With the introduction of ambitious sustainability and business strategies, our client has clear and challenging goals for the future. To ensure these ambitions are met, strong Project & Portfolio governance within Purchasing & Transportation (P&T) is essential. This role involves setting up governance, policy, procedures, and KPIs for all P&T projects.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role offers a great development opportunity for talent, ideally someone looking to advance from their first or second job. You will be an integral part of our logistics transformation program, supporting global Transportation and Trade Compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
2. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
Process Improvement:
3. Assist in standardizing logistics processes across different Business Groups, regions, and sites.
4. Identify opportunities for simplification and centralization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Digital Transformation:
5. Support the acceleration of our digital roadmap by identifying and implementing new technologies.
6. Collaborate with Business Groups, IT, and other departments to integrate digital solutions into logistics operations.
Project Support:
7. Work closely with project teams to implement logistics strategies and initiatives.
8. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with overall program goals.
Performance Management:
9. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Technical Profile Requirements:
10. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
11. 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
12. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, PPT, Visio, PowerBI, SAP).
13. Knowledge of global trade compliance and regulations is a plus.
Non-Technical Profile Requirements:
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
16. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

18. Minimum 3 days/week onsite presence is mandatory
19. Limited travel may be required
