In this role as IT Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Lead, and will be a member of our growing Talent Acquisition Team in Belgium. You’ll be based in the Diegem office in Belgium.
A challenging role, balancing between the search for the best IT talent and being a business partner for the different hiring managers across Europe.
Your role as IT Talent Acquisition Partner
As IT Talent Acquisition Partner, you are always searching for the best IT talent across the world. You know better than anyone that there is a lot involved in finding the perfect match from a technical and cultural perspective. With your global mindset, you will not stick to country boundaries; you will use different channels like LinkedIn to source and connect with IT professionals across the globe. Not only will you guide the recruitment process, but you will also be an advisor to the business and management on how to improve our processes. At the end, the candidate journey will have your priority.
Building a relationship with the tech community and hiring managers is very important. By making a personal connect and understanding the business needs, you can guarantee your quality of hiring. You will join a fast-growing tech Recruitment team of 14 colleagues located in three different countries: Belgium, Netherlands, and India. Furthermore, you will work closely with colleagues in France and Sweden. We motivate each other to bring our best every day. For the IT professionals, you are a reliable and energetic sparring partner who guides them through the process. Someone who is proactive, thinks in possibilities, and can focus on the details. You are able to work individually in an international and complex organization and get energy from aligning with your stakeholders.
What else do you bring?
* A finished Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably at an agency.
* A hunter mentality and experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English. Speaking French is a pro.
