Job Title: Jet Engine Inspector
The company is a worldwide leader in the design, development, and production of aircraft engines. As part of its growth strategy, we are looking for an INSPECTOR to strengthen the team.
Your Role:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection on dismantled parts in accordance with applicable procedures;
- Assess parts, modules, or engines through the ERP system and launch necessary actions;
- Apply appropriate materials, tools, and methods;
- Ensure traceability of work by administratively closing tasks performed;
- Determine future configuration of parts or modules;
- Perform 'incoming inspection' of parts after repair or of pieces being purchased;
- Perform final inspection after internal repair.
Requirements:
- Hold a superior technical secondary school degree (type A2) with a strong foundation in mechanics and proven experience as an aeronautical technician, or a bachelor's degree in aviation with relevant experience in our field;
- Possess excellent knowledge of aircraft engines and proven experience as an Inspector;
- Be stress-resistant and take responsibility;
- Be flexible and adapt to changing working conditions;
- Prioritize quality and safety;
- Be proactive and make decisions in urgent situations;
- Have very good knowledge of technical English, with some knowledge of Dutch or French and be willing to improve skills;
- Be willing to work 2 shifts (from 6am to 2pm, and from 2pm to 10pm).
