Our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work) is looking for an Account Manager to join its agency Serviceplan Make Benelux and support prestigious beauty brands such as Ici Paris XL and L'Oréal in launching and managing their advertising campaigns.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing advertising campaigns for our clients. You will be the main point of contact between the agency and the client, ensuring seamless coordination of projects with internal teams while keeping track of deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for key clients (Ici Paris XL, L’Oréal), ensuring smooth communication and attend and organize regular meetings.
* Coordinate with the creative team to develop and execute campaigns aligned with client expectations.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and creative execution while resolving any issues that arise.
* Manage campaign budgets using Maconomy, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses.
* Ensure quality control by reviewing deliverables, managing feedback, and presenting campaigns for client approval.
* Identify and develop new opportunities within existing client accounts to drive growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in the advertising/communication agency industry, preferably in a comparable role.
* A strong interest in the beauty sector or proven experience in this industry.
* Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
* Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide strategic communication solutions.
* Analytical mindset to assess campaign and optimize the creative assets.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Good knowledge of budgeting and project management tools.
* Bilingual in Dutch and French, with, preferably, fluent proficiency in English as well.
