Purpose of the position
As Key Account Manager, you will maintain personal contacts with building materials dealers, purchasing groups, and build long-term relationships.
You ensure the smooth follow-up of key offers and monitor compliance with the contractual terms and conditions.
Tasks and responsibilities
- SPOC for the building materials distributors, purchasing groups,
- Ensure a correct and transparent information flow between our customers and the various internal departments.
- Correct & professional follow up of all quotations
- You manage each demand from order to delivery
- organise and participate in product trainings, open house, workshops and fairs.
- You ensure that all information concerning the various customers is correctly registered in the CRM.
Important competencies and experience
- You show successful experience in selling technical products, 5 years is definitely a plus.
- The sale of technical building products is what drives and energises you.
- You have strong commercial acumen
- Service is a priority for you
- Autonomy, commitment, perseverance, stress resistant are just a few of your characteristics
- Strong in communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and French, knowledge of English is definitely a plus.
- We expect you to be eager to learn and curious
- You ensure perfect organisation, planning, reporting
