About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Motion Picture Association International Holding as a Finance & HR Director. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our finance and HR functions.
Responsibilities
* Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in line with organizational goals.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity for daily operations and investment decisions.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws, including liaison with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies.
* Risk Management: Manage capital expenditures, while implementing risk management strategies.
* Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with the broader business strategy.
HR Functions
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
* Employment Contracts: Draft and review employment contracts, ensure legal compliance, and manage contract renewals.
* Training and Development: Support the development and execution of training programs to enhance employee skills.
* Employee Benefits: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
* Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, including liaison with external payroll providers, salary data communication, and HR documentation.
* HR Metrics and Reporting: Generate HR metrics and reports for management, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks.
* HRIS Management: Maintain a complete and accurate HRIS system for all employee records in accordance with local laws and HR best practices.
