Accountant - Responsibilities
* Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate monitoring of financial transactions.
* Prepare and submit VAT declarations and annual returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain up-to-date financial records for multiple holding entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Process invoices for purchases, sales, and recurring services, verifying timeliness and correctness.
* Support entity lifecycle management, including establishment, restructuring, and liquidation processes.
* Coordinate financial reporting, investor relations, and audit processes by collaborating with key stakeholders.
Accountant - Your Profile:
* Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, particularly with holding structures and financial entities such as investment firms or family offices.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, and experience with accounting software like BOB50 or similar platforms.
* Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or another European language being a plus.
