Job title: Advisory - Senior Advisor
As a functional advisor in the domain of Dynamics 365 customer engagement, you will be responsible for the process design, implementation, and testing of the Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer & Field & Project Service apps.
You will guide our customers in how they should transform their sales organization in such a way that it is more performant by leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to its full extent. An important part of this aspect is the creation of the customer journeys and to-be processes in such a way that they align with the standard way of working in Dynamics 365.
You will be supported by one or more business consultants from our customer Advisory department who have a strong focus on process knowledge, whilst your focus will be on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Furthermore, you can count on the support of the solution architect and a technical team for integration, interacting, custom development, migration, build, and release activities.
Our customers rely on KPMG to take ownership of key positions that determine the success or failure of the project. This takes, besides IT knowledge, also soft skills such as good communication, change management abilities, building customer relations, and a strong dedication to quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
* You have a good understanding of sales organizations, including marketing processes and customer/field service experience.
* You have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience and have been involved in multiple CRM implementation or advisory projects as a process or functional consultant.
* You have the ability to work independently, as well as in project teams, and take ownership and responsibility.
* You enjoy developing your coaching skills by closely working together with other colleagues.
* You are fluent in English and in Dutch or French.
* You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate or are willing to achieve this certification in the near future.
* Being certified in and knowing how to leverage the capabilities of the Microsoft Power platform is considered an advantage.
* Experience in solutions to create customer journeys is considered an advantage.
* Certification in Prince2, PMP, or other project management tracks is considered an advantage.
