Our team is searching for a Field Service Engineer with skills and passion to install, maintain and repair IBA equipments worldwilde.
As a Field Service Engineer you are part of a polyvalent engineer group who is responsible for the installation, maintenance or repair of IBA sterilization and ionization equipments at IBA or on customer’s site, in order to deliver with respect to safety rules, within defined timelines, a final reliable working product, matching quality, performance and customer satisfaction requirements.
Challenges we trust you with
1. You will help deliver a final, reliable working product within defined timelines that matches quality, performance and customer satisfaction requirements
2. You install equipment/systems accordingly to the defined planning, procedure timelines and operating processes
3. You debug and report bugs to the Development Team, and you are in charge of testing equipment/systems according to the specifications
4. You also maintain equipment/systems according to the maintenance schedule, and repair equipment/systems taking all necessary actions to solve problems
5. You train less experienced colleagues to use properly and safely equipment/systems
6. You document and report interventions and actions undertaken in CMMS, with the required level of details and accuracy

You have:
7. A Master’s Degree in electro-mechanics or equivalent by experience
8. Young graduates are welcome! A first experience in large-scale system installation, troubleshooting or maintenance is an asset.
9. Very good oral and written skills in English
10. Very good communication skills in order to build strong relationships with customers and IBA team

11. A driven, proactive and hands-on individual
12. Able to organize your work autonomously and take initiatives
13. A team player with very good communication skills
14. Willing to travel up to 50-60% of your time, including week-ends
