In This Role, You Will:
Reporting to the Team Lead Quality & EHSS, the Quality Coordinator is mainly responsible for the investigation, resolution and administrative settlement of all non-conformance (NC) dossiers related to logistics services to Odyssey clients (transportation, transport documents, storage and handling, product damages, etc.) He/she works closely with the Odyssey Operations and Procurement Department, Odyssey Clients and LSPs.
Principal Duties:
Administrative settlement of all non-conformance (NC) dossiers related to logistics services to Odyssey Clients (transportation, transport document, storage and handling, product damages, etc.) Investigation and resolution of all non-conformance tickets related to logistics services in cooperation with Logistics Service Providers and Odyssey Logistics Planners.
Submission and follow up of claim dossier with Logistics Services Providers and Odyssey Clients
Support in data review and data collection for NC reporting out to Odyssey clients and Logistics Service Providers.
Quality key coordinator with Odyssey Clients. Think with Odyssey Clients and Logistics Service Providers to optimize processes and procedures
Reception & Admin support. - Reception tasks
Qualifications, Skills, Competences:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics management or several years of experience in non-conformance handling.
Languages: fluent in Dutch and English. German and/or any other European language are an asset. Proficient in the standard Microsoft applications and spreadsheets; willing and able to learn other systems.
Analytical logistics process skills.
Strong communication skills in both writing and verbal.
Excellent/efficient reporting skills.
Problem solver.
Professional attitude with the necessary ´presence´.
Hands-on person, pro-active and dynamic.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with colleagues and external service providers.
Detail-oriented, well organized and able to multi-task. Reliable in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
This is a hybrid in-office role based in Antwerp – Berchem, Belgium.
