Responsibilities:
* Monitor sell-in and sell-out data for the brands and market trends
* Track new product performance and competitive activity (new products, promotions, media)
* Oversee tools and materials to support marketing and sales
* Coordinate planning, logistics, and yearly marketing plans/trade presentations
* Develop advertising and consumer activation plans
* Manage new product launches
* Prepare and present category/country reviews to local and international stakeholders
* Collaborate with Sales/Marketing Manager on business objectives and strategies
This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing or Category Management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success. Experience in FMCG is essential, and proficiency in data analysis, including Nielsen data (or similar tools), is required.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus), with excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
