Role As ESG Specialist you directly report to the Group CFO and support the company in implementing and developing the company environmental, social and governance policies & procedures. You will coordinate the CSRD project, as well as other current and future sustainability project/regulations. Key responsibilities Coordinate all efforts around ESG and Sustainability across the Group. Ensure compliance with the CSR Directive, and particularly the annual reporting & requirements. Be responsible for the project management of ESG Group implementation, which includes developing and producing an audited Group Sustainability Report as from 2026. Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to implement strong processes and guidelines, to ensure timely qualitative data collection. Collect and analyze data to identify and mitigate risk, define improvement opportunities and future actions or recommendations. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the coordination of all ESG-related matters, including data collection and business support for answering customer, auditor or authority requests. Coordinate closely with other relevant departments (H&S, HR, Finance…) to ensure any reporting obligation involving sustainability or ESG topics is met in due time. Ensure a proactive watch of the evolution of standards and regulations around these matters and make proposals/recommendations to the management. Act as ESG expert and provide advice to regions for all ESG-related matters. Requirements for the role You hold a master's degree in finance, legal, sustainability, environmental studies, or related fields. Having obtained an ESG certification is an additional asset. You have experience in ESG analysis and sustainability reporting. You have experience in project management in a complex organization. You have strong communication skills, a high level of initiative and a high sense of curiosity. You are capable to analyze, summarize and challenge data reported by regions to ensure consistent and effective exchange with Group's stakeholders. You have good interpersonal skills to ensure smooth project delivery. You have affinity with European and national legislations. You are fluent in English. A good level of French is an asset.
