Could you be the full-time hybrid Human Resources Business Partner in Charleroi, BE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Human Resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, dynamic, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce by counselling business on HR topics, driving recruitment processes, fostering the development of talents, and implementing the Alstom performance management system. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including but not limited to Operations, Finance, and Industrial), ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
1. Development of talents within the organization,
2. Providing strategic HR support to management,
3. Implementation of the Alstom performance management system,
4. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations,
5. Analyzing HR metrics for informed decision-making,
6. Enhancing employee engagement and retention strategies

7. Degree in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science, or economy,...
8. A previuous strong and demonstrated experience in a similar position
9. Experience or understanding of counselling businesses on HR topics,
10. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken,
11. Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
12. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
