Job Description:
The SRM BE Head has the responsibility to drive profitable growth by developing and integrating local SRM capabilities within the market The SRM BE Head is in charge of the strategic pricing and provides critical support for all SRM relatives challenges. This includes championing local SRM engagement and best practices on pricing, trade investment, promo ROI, mix assortment.
What are we looking for?
1. Experience in managing P&L outcomes (preferably in pricing).
2. Proven expertise across various strategic revenue management areas. Significant experience partnering across the organization to analyse a range of internal & external data sources, drawing out key insights and forming recommendations on the basis of solid commercial knowledge and strong linkage to business strategy.
3. A strong track record of successfully translating strategies into action, delivering results and engaging a wide range of Associates behind a common goal/vision;
4. Ability to simplify complex concepts and strategies for diverse stakeholders using pragmatic solutions
What will be your key responsibilities?
In collaboration with the Cluster SRM Director for France Benelux, the SRM BE Head formulates the SRM strategy for Belgium. This includes defining pricing strategies, ROI guidelines, and trade terms. The SRM BE Head is responsible for implementing this strategy by: - Ensuring SRM capabilities and philosophy are disseminated across functions. - Adapting the strategic pricing strategy defined at the cluster level, including crafting a compelling pricing selling story. - Influencing trade promotion strategy alongside the category manager and sales team, while maintaining governance of promotional guidelines. - Assisting the Category Manager in developing SKU optimization and growth strategies to drive Net Sales Value (NSV) growth and achieve profit targets. - Collaborating with the European team on all SRM-related inquiries.
