We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Partena Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Purchasing and Sourcing: Identify and centralize internal needs, challenge requests, and act as a procurement sparring partner
* Contract Negotiation and Management: Advise internal teams on new projects or specific contractual matters
* Procurement Process Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control the procurement process (purchase orders, discrepancies, compliance)
* Supplier Relationship Development: Manage a portfolio of suppliers: selection, negotiation, follow-up, and long-term relationship building
About Our Ideal Candidate
* Education: Master's degree in economics, logistics, or equivalent experience
* Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role in a B2B environment
