Key Responsibilities
* Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for procurement teams globally.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide training on procurement templates and tools.
* Identify and implement best practices to reduce project costs.
* Promote an integrated way of working approach within procurement processes.
* Support market surveys and negotiations on an ad-hoc basis.
* Develop procurement talent and support affiliates in meeting local objectives.
* Ensure alignment with group procurement strategies and processes.
What Makes a Successful Candidate?
* Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement within construction or mechanical industries.
* Bachelor or master degree, preferably in procurement/purchasing
* Experience in Procurement excellence
* Strong management skills, particularly in a matrix environment.
* Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.
* Fluency in French and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to empathise and actively listen, combined with a strategic business mindset.
