To support the fast grow of our company we are looking for an INTERNATIONAL RECRUITER to join our international team.
You would have an overview of the whole organization and contribute to its internal development through recruitment activities and retention of talents. The team is in charge of recruitment of internal employees and focus mostly on sales functions.
You would be in charge of the talent acquisition & development activities within in the European perimeter. You would cooperate with local recruitment teams in several European markets: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Your responsibilities will be divided into two main areas:
TALENT ACQUISITION (Business Managers & sales profiles)
- Identification of recruitment needs and priorities
- Research for candidates with high potential (job boards, LinkedIn recruiter
- Screening & selecting (phone pre-qualifications)
- Reporting the candidates to the local teams for the next steps
- Coordination of ongoing processes in an international environment
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
- Integration and onboarding of manager in International perimeter
- Creation of analysis and support material concerning talent retention
- Support in ad hoc projects concerning our employees and their HR situations (mobilities, assessments, salary grids,…)
YOUR PROFILE
* Fluent in English and Spanish, at least another European language is a plus (Italian, French or Dutch by preference)
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree
* You have a first successful experience in recruitment
* Good listener and communicator, service-oriented and pro-active
* Autonomous personality who can manage their own priorities
* Good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals
