Here are the tasks:
* Oversee car management tasks, including email communication, invoice verification, and handling extra costs (fines, franchises, etc.).
* Manage general email correspondence, act as office management backup, and support reception.
* Maintain and update internal policies and handbooks while assisting team members with administrative tasks.
* Prepare presentations for monthly communication meetings and manage car bookings in the system.
* Oversee facilities management and handle supplier creation, purchase orders, and office supplies (as a backup).
* You have at least already an experience in a similar position
* You have a perfect level of English and of French or Dutch
