As the Trademark Assistant, you can expect the following tasks:
* Daily administrative tasks to help the Trademark department
* Manage the mailbox with incoming request
* Client contact for questions, documents, registrations and new requests
* In case of new request, follow the strict procedure to be followed for registration
* Check & complete data and documents
* Translations
* Keep track of the team's deadlines
* Mn. a bachelor degree obtained (office management, business administration, legal practices etc.)
* Fluency in French & English (any other EU language is a plus)
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to set priorities and handle stressful moments
* Meticulous, detail-oriented, proactive and a team player
* Eager to learn and to develop your skills
