The Business Transformation Partner is responsible for managing the Transformation portfolio of the department (Customer & Data and Distribution) from Strategy through execution, implementing cross-functional and/or complex programmes and developing the skills of the Transformation team. S/He is part of the Transformation Management Team, and directly involved in the director committee of the Line s/he serves. The portfolio covers projects of Customer experience (tools, services), Digitalisation, Data usecase and more transversal topics in close collaboration with other departments
Responsibilities, in collaboration with all stakeholders concerned:
1. Identify and drive strategic pre-study needed to design the transformation plan
2. Establishing the portfolio roadmaps
3. Embedding Transversality and cross-functional impacts, as well as collecting these, in order to address the identified strategic changes.
4. Steer the execution of the Transformation path for the Business Units, incl. managing key dependencies.
5. Monitoring the roadmaps/projects in progress and business transformational ambition achievement, communicating the status to the stakeholders, in order to carry out the projects entrusted to them according to a predefined timing, budget and objectives.
6. Drive and supervise specific programmes (program set up, governance, KPI …)
7. Throughout the programme, supporting an effective project team focused on process simplification, customer experience and digitalisation opportunities.
8. Nurturing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, anticipate risks and successfully deliver the programme outcome.
9. Stimulating and promoting the development and improvement of the quality of the processes and tools used in order to provide an optimal service to the customer and broker
10. Speeding up the Agile mindset, rituals and tools across functions.
11. Ensuring the coaching and permanent development of co-workers in order to set up a high-performance project team oriented towards the continuous improvement of the results of both processes and skills and meeting the expectations of the organisation.
12. Actively participating in the animation of the Transformation team, and in upskilling Championing the transformation within the entire organisation by serving as a role model through their challenge-driven, solution-oriented and enthusiastic approach to driving change and highlighting AXA's values.
Your Profile
13. Project and Programme Management experience (> 10 years)
14. Proven experience in the insurance business (products, processes, business solutions), on Customer/Data/Distribution matters.
15. Experience in presenting to top management
16. Experience in process management and reengineering
17. A knack for simplicity and simplification of complex concepts
18. Collaborative skills and a team spirit
19. Highly-motivated self-starter
20. Customer-driven, results-driven problem solver
21. Strong analytical skills with a good holistic view
22. Influencing, facilitation and communication skills (both written and oral)
23. Capacity to cope with pressure
24. Master's degree
25. Certificate in Programme Management
26. Bilingual level in Dutch and French and fluent English
