Functieomschrijving
As a (Field) Service Engineer, youwill:
* Complete repairs andcommissioning of equipment, addressing issues with remote engineersand participating in escalation calls.
* Performretrofits and assist with processissues.
* Maintain full customer satisfaction andexcellent relations.
* Follow all safetyprocedures, demonstrating safety as a corevalue.
* Install, maintain, and troubleshootequipment on site.
* Provide technical supportand training to customers.
* Document serviceactivities and ensure timely communication withstakeholders.
Functie eisen
* Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in ascientific field or engineering.
* Provenhands on experience in electrical and/or electronic work,mechanical experience is a plus.
* Experienceand/or interest in working on highly technologicalmachinery.
* Experience in the semiconductorindustry experience is plus.
* Ability to workindependently and establish excellentrelationships.
* Innovative problem solvingskills and process improvementcapabilities.
* Willingness to travel abroad for20 50% of the time.
* Professional workingproficiency in English.
