Job Description
You will be part of the IT Support Tools team is responsible for the tools used by IT Community. New development tools or functionalities to control the development process will be implement to increase the quality of the IT delivery processes.
As an IT Tools Support Analyst, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Cartography of IT tools
- Capture and document functional requirements for new tool improvements
- Technical documentation of build solution
- Manage relations with developers community, Architecture / Engineering Excellence teams
Qualifications
1. 10+ years’ of experience within in IT environment
2. Experience in / Knowlegde of IT software delivery processes and tools is a must (java, .Net, AzureDevOps, Jenkins, … )
3. You speak English fluently and you can express yourself correctly in FR and/or NL
