Sales Manager KAM
As Sales Manager KAM you are responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Key Account Managers. You are responsible for the sales results within your team as well as for securing future growth by stimulating and winning continuously new business. As Sales Manager KAM you are a member of the Management team BE
Key Accountabilities
Strategy :
1. Works with the Country Director Fabory BE to define and develop the strategy of Fabory KAM BE.
2. Implements and monitors the commercial strategy of Fabory KAM Be in order to maximize commercial opportunities, and achieve optimal customer experience in line with the Fabory Group strategy.
3. Takes responsibility as Management Team member for the development and execution of the Belgian strategy.
4. Leads the retention and development of KAM customers.
5. Responsible for contributing to the development of Fabory BE’s sales strategy by proactively providing strategic input.
6. Is responsible for a constant customer focus within the team and for the continuous improvement of the processes within this framework.
Profitable growth :
7. Develops and executes on Fabory KAM Be's commercial budget within the guidelines of Fabory.
8. Takes actions to realize the budget by managing concrete actions both in short and long term and by taking corrective actions when needed.
9. Builds an effective growing network with the largest customers and prospects together with the Key Account Managers and country director BE.
10. Ensures a continuous and forward-looking approach towards accelerated profitable growth by developing a strategy and tactical approach for existing customers, lost customers and new prospects.
Sales New Business :
11. As sales manager KAM you are responsible for an own pipeline of prospects & new business opportunities meaning that you execute on sales yourself for ca 25% of your time.
12. With this own direct hunting responsibility you give the example to the team how to win new business and coach them how to do the same in an inspiring way.

Your Profile
16. Master degree or similar level achieved through experience
17. Successful track record leading commercial teams in a changing environment
18. Extensive sales experience with large industrial customers
19. Focuses on processes; makes complex matters simple and workable
20. Analytically sharp
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
22. Combines enthusiasm and drive with helicopter view, organizational skills and structure
23. Results driven: shows perseverance in every situation
24. Authentic, knows how to get the best out of people
25. Fluent in Dutch, English and French
26. Driver’s license
