Our client is a designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading technical medical devices. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager - Reconstruction & Robotics to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for sales and profit targets on product portfolio; completing monthly forecasting/investment meetings and quarterly business reviews.
* Reporting to the Sales Director.
* Developing, coaching and managing a regional sales team.
* Responsible for knowledge of all local contracts and tenders.
* Develop a strong network of key stakeholders including KOLs.
Key skills and experience:
* Degree level standard or equivalent in science-based subjects.
* Demonstrable sales/commercial experience within healthcare.
* Experience in business growth.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
* Ability to set and deliver strategy, working closely with marketing, sales and product management teams.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position.
